Our company focuses its support on organizations that create opportunity, enhance self-esteem, and provide physical and emotional assistance for the most vulnerable women and children, particularly low-to-moderate income individuals.

Bill Young Memorial Golf Classic
Since 1981, the tournament has raised nearly $400,000 for Christmas Promise, a non-profit organization that brings the joy of Christmas to families who would otherwise go without by anonymously answering “Dear Santa” letters from needy
children in the Sacramento Area.

Our Helping Hands Volunteer Program allows employees to volunteer during working hours without taking time-off and gives matching grants to recognize the time donation employees contribute to the organizations of their choice.
